Threading
Threading is an ancient Asian epilation technique where an aesthetician uses loops of fine thread to “lasso” unwanted hairs and pull them out from the follicle. Some clients choose threading instead of waxing for several reasons. First, if you have active outbreaks or skin issues, or have recently had retinol or other skin treatments, such as chemical peels, waxing may irritate your skin, so threading is a safer, more comfortable option. Secondly, threading allows the aesthetician to shape brows more precisely than can be achieved by waxing.
